Jasmine - 13th July -Strengthens the subtle energy bodies

Jasmine essence strengthens the subtle energy bodies which holds the energetic blueprint for the physical body. It helps to release congestion if there are blockages anywhere in the energetic system which makes it a useful essence if our emotions are out of balance.

Lavender - 6th July - Aligns personality to higher self

Lavender essence opens the higher chakras, strengthening the alignment between your higher self and personalit. Lavender is a particularly good essence to use if emotional issues are blocking your spiritual growth. Lavender essence brings balance to the emotions and clears blockages so you will experience greater spiritual connection.

Pink Rose - 15th June - Promotes love and opens the heart.

Rose is such a helpful essence to open the heart and to use when we need assistance to disentangle ourself from a patch of fear. If the fear is very present with us in the moment, then a few doses maybe all that you need to bring understanding, release, and a shift in perspective. If the fear is less on the surface, then taking the essence over a period of time will promote feelings of self love, grace and ease.

Yellow Rose - Saturday 8th June - Creates strength and courage

Sunblest Rose flower essence will take you deep into your heart and remind us how to tap into our reserves of inner strength, courage, determination, and resilience. Strengthening our ability to gather focus back within ourselves when we feel scattered by the everyday challenges of life. It’s energy carries a powerful reminder of how stepping into the power of love can help us to meet life’s challenges with greater ease.

Buttercup - Saturday 18th May - Creates lightness and self worth

Buttercup helps us with self worth deep from within rather than from other peoples opinions and perceptions. It radiates light into our inner life and self, so helps with self confidence and if you are prone to los self esteem. The buttercup will be joined by the heady and worthy dreamlike flowers of the cow parsley feeling our lanes and hedgerows at this time.

Hawthorn - Saturday 11th May - Creates emotional resilience

Hawthorn flower essence strengthens and vitalises the subtle energy system including the etheric body which holds the blueprint for the physical body. This helps you to feel resilient, supported, and able to activate your own healing forces. Hawthorn essence has a strong relationship with the heart chakra and matters of the heart including grief, heartache, sorrow or any emotional extremes.

Dandelion - Saturday 13th April - roots to our light & sovereignty

.Dandelion flower essence is useful if you have an overly active mind, are emotionally highly strung, like to keep busy, feelings of greater calm, ease and wellbeing. The root travels deep into the earth so the essence helps us to draw upon our inner strength and roots. Dandelion essence draws you into deeper connection with yourself to access your inner resources and anchor you firmly in the present moment.

Primrose - 23rd March - Bringer of peace and comfort

Primrose helps us to find inner peace and restore natural rhythms to overcome conflict, fear and anxiety by opening the heart to the source of unconditional love. Cultivating a calm mentality is to become free of anxiety and fear, so accessing true peace of mind is vital in achieving states free of stress and conflict. Primrose moves us into a state of loving compassion.

Daffodil - 16th March - Creates trust to follow our guidance

Daffodil flower immersion will help to harmonise the mind with our higher self to help us receive clearer guidance, this is experienced as greater clarity of thought and increased inner hearing.  Daffodil helps to release frustration, self-criticism and low self-esteem as it brings us into alignment with your higher self which is always in harmony with our true nature.

Snowdrop - 11th February - Creates hope & trust for new life

A Snowdrop immersion helps us to find strength and resilience to restore joy and optimism, so we can move forward with greater peace. Snowdrop helps us to re-engage with life with a renewed sense of hope and joy for the future.

Repose is a unique stand alone session, overseen by a specific flower or tree.

We will use breath, gentle movement and relaxation techniques, then at the end of a session you have the opportunity to take home a bottle of the flower essence which can be used daily along with meditations and affirmation suggestions.

As we are guided by and engage with a specific flower we tune into its original blueprint and are reminded of our unique place in nature. This can have a profound impact on our physical and mental health leading to a sense of balance and deep peace.

  • Breathwork

    Breathwork is a powerful and ancient practice that utilises something we do everyday. Breathing is an action that we can do consciously and unconsciously. For that reason we start with the breath as it is a gateway into our nervous system, allowing us to bring our whole selves into a state of restful awareness.

    Flower Essences are vibrational energetic remedies based upon the energy or vibration of a plant or tree, they work by utilizing the water that has been impregnated with the energetic imprints of the plant.

  • Sound Bath

  • Apart from yourself there is no need to bring anything particular with you. We recommend that you wear clothes that are comfortable to lie down in.

    Blankets and bespoke cushions are provided but you may want to bring some cozy socks.
