A gentle sound bath and breathwork session, designed to down regulate and calm the nervous system. A perfect way to start the weekend.

Step into a space designed to create peace, rejuvenation and inner connection. You will be guided through 4 different breathing techniques which correspond to the elements earth, water, fire and air. The breathwork is designed to rebalance the elements within the body, which in turn increases our vitality, lifeforce, inner peace and connection to deeper aspects of ourselves.
You will be immersed in a rich tapestry of sounds, including tuning forks, tibetan bowls and chimes, to physically help us to down-regulate the nervous system, reducing anxiety, lifting our energy levels, mood and alignment to deeper aspects of ourselves. As we listen and tune into our original design and blueprint, it has the capacity to create space for a deeper listening and connection to our soul self and cells.
For the Session: wear warm, comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, arrive by 5.45pm for a 6pm start

Sound Bath
Energy, sound and vibration is a fundamental principle in the universe. Everything in existence, from the tiniest subatomic particles to the vast cosmic bodies, vibrates at specific frequencies. A sound journey utilises the healing and calming properties of sound and vibration to allow us to return to a resonance that is calmer, clearer and more conscious.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful and ancient practice that utilises something we do everyday. Breathing is an action that we can do consciously and unconsciously. For that reason we start with the breath as it is a gateway into our nervous system, allowing us to bring our whole selves into a state of restful awareness and deep peace.

Himalayan Sound Bowls
We will be using ancient Tibetan bowls from the Himalayas. Tibetan singing bowls are designed to produce a rich, deep and sustained tones, creating a calming and meditative atmosphere, the vibrations from the bowl interact with the body's energy centers, promoting relaxation and balance.

Yes! No prior experience is necessary to take advantage of the profound benefits of a breath and sound workshop. All you need is an open mind and a desire for wellness.

Apart from yourself there is no need to bring anything particular with you. We recommend that you wear clothes that are comfortable to lie down in.
Blankets and bespoke cushions are provided but you may want to bring some cozy socks.
